Archives
- The Central Archive for Special Jurisdiction will become available in digital format at the National Archives in The Hague. Those records were planned to become public as of 1 January 2025, but was delayed because that conflicted with Dutch privacy laws. For more details about this record group, see Source – Central Archive for Special Jurisdiction.
- Historisch Centrum Limburg has expanded their free scanning on demand service to records that are kept in their Heerlen facility. See this overview of record groups in Heerlen.
Projects

- The Central Bureau for Genealogy has started a project to index passport applications for the Dutch East Indies (approximately: modern-day Indonesia). Volunteers can report to Het Volk.
